Albert Ferrando, CEO Spotlio

Albert Ferrando is a graduate in software engineering from EPFL in Lausanne, and he is passionate about all things mobile, and about leveraging mobile technology to help businesses achieve their goals. Before founding Spotlio, Albert held a variety of technical and product management positions within the technology sector working in Switzerland, Austria and Spain, where he focused on building sales platforms and SaaS initiatives.

Christian Erlandson, Group CEO

Christian has been at the intersection of content and enabling technologies with over 25 years of demonstrated success in the data and analytics sector. He brings the knowledge and understanding of managing through the early stages when trying to get a product to market, building teams and a brand, as well as experience leading successful business and digital transformation projects at Dun & Bradstreet, GfK and Thomson Reuters.

Matt Cohen, Interim CEO Catalate

Matt Cohen helped launch Catalate as CFO/COO. He has 15 years in e-commerce ticketing and online travel with stints at Hotwire, an Expedia Company, and later at Liftopia, which pioneered dynamic pricing for resorts and attractions. Matt earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and his BA from Colby College.

James Price, Group CFO

James previously held the position of CFO of Spotlio along with a variety of senior positions in companies such as PwC and Adevinta. He is skilled in M&A, Business Analytics, International Business, Management, and Software as a Service (SaaS). James holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Economics from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Master of Science in Financial Management from the Barcelona School of Management.

Chris Logan, Director

Investment Director at Canica, one of Norway’s largest privately owned investment companies. Many years experience in finance with Goldman Sachs, Liberum Capital, and Deloitte.

Marit Høvik Hartmann, Director

Marit Høvik Hartmann has more than 20 years experience from the communication industry, previously as CEO of Geelmuyden Kiese and CEO of McCann Oslo. She has worked with a broad specter of clients, and has also worked at Oslo Business Region to help tech start-ups grow. She has a Master of Science degree from the Norwegian Business School.

Martí Rafel Herrero, Director

Martí Rafel Herrero has some 40 years of experience from the ski industry and from snow and mountain tourism. His experience during the past 20 years include directing, marketing and commercialization at Pal-Arinsal and VALLNORD in Andorra and at Boí Taüll and Balneario de Panticosa in Spain. Martí also has a background as an Olympic freestyle skier participating in the Olympics in Calgary (1988) and Albertville (1992).

Thomas S. Wrede-Holm, Chair

Thomas S. Wrede-Holm is an Investment Director at Investinor AS. Prior to joining Investinor AS in 2019, Thomas spent close to 20 years as an investment banking professional both in Norway and internationally. He currently serves as board member of Cyviz AS, Shoreline AS, Topro Industri AS and Curida Holding AS. Thomas holds a Master of Science degree in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen (NHH).

Tonje Berg, Director

Tonje Berg is Managing Partner Oslo at Karabin, a Norwegian strategy and management consulting company. She has more than 10 years of experience from the consulting industry working with a broad specter of clients. She is highly skilled in strategy, business development, digitalization, change management and corporate governance. Tonje holds a Master of Science degree in Strategy and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Andy McKeon, Member

Andy McKeon is an international global marketer who has held senior leadership positions at Apple and Facebook in Silicon Valley and currently runs Business Marketing for Snapchat across Asia Pacific. He was a member of the Australian Ski Team and the CMO of the US Ski and Snowboard Association. In addition to this he has board experience with both listed and privately held companies and advises a number of startups, VC funds and Private Equity firms.

John-Arne Hørløck, Chair

John-Arne Hørløck holds the position as Investment Director at Investinor AS. He serves as a member of the board of directors of several companies within the Investinor portfolio. John-Arne holds an MSc from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), Before joining Investinor in 2013, he worked in advisory, audit and transactional support as a Manager at PwC.

Martin Firing Jørgensen, Member

Martin Jørgensen’s track-record includes investing in and managing many successful start-ups and established businesses in the hospitality and travel industries, primarily with focus on digital transformation. Amongst others, he was part of the management buyout and later IPO of Via Travel Group (now owned by Expedia/Egencia), he co-founded Etraveli which became one of the world’s largest online travel agencies (now owned by booking.com) and he was the CEO of hotel commission processing & analytics company Net Trans Services which was sold to US private equity investor HIG Capital. Martin is currently the Foodback.com.
